Mrs. Stone-Benenati

Hello everyone! My name is Mrs. Stone-Benenati, but you can just call me Mrs. Ben. Here I am with my awesome husband Brandon.

Here's my educational background:

I graduated from Dolgeville Central School with the class of 2010. From there, I attended HCCC and received my associate's degree in Childhood Education and History in May 2012. After that, I pursued by bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies and Early Childhood/Childhood Education from Utica College (May 2014) Lastly, I earned my master's degree in Students With Disabilities from Utica College (May 2018) I am certified by New York State Education in Early Childhood Education (birth through grade 2), Childhood Education (1-6), and Students With Disabilities (1-6)

I love teaching early childhood! This year will be my fourth in kindergarten, and fifth year teaching overall (I taught prekindergarten for one year) here at Dolgeville Elementary. Students in the early grades are my favorite to work with because they make such substantial growth over the course of just one year! When I'm not at school, I enjoy reading, exercising, spending time with friends and family, and playing with my cats Arya, Daenerys (Dany for short), Norie, and Althea.
